We perform a manual review to ensure that your ads comply with national regulations, publisher policies, and platform guidelines, so your campaign can run smoothly and without delays.
In most cases the review is completed within one working day. During busy periods it may take up to two working days.

Advertising through the Kobler platform must comply with national marketing laws, publisher policies and platform guidelines.

All ads must follow these design requirements:
- The ad must include a visible logo or the name of the advertiser
- The design must clearly stand out from the editorial environment
- Ads must not mimic the design of media sites or editorial content
- Ads must not mimic publisher ad formats, such as native ads
- A 1px border is required if the background is white or transparent
Advertising for prescription drugs is not allowed under national regulations.
Note: Creatives linking to pharmacies may be restricted on certain publisher sites due to Google advertising policies.
Advertising targeted at children under the age of 12 is not permitted under national marketing regulations.
Only providers that have received permission from the Norwegian Gambling Authority (e.g. Norsk Tipping, Norsk Rikstoto) are allowed to advertise.
Note: Ads that link to gambling operators may be prohibited on certain websites with Google integration.
Gambling advertisements must follow strict regulatory requirements.
The gaming vendor must hold a valid license.
Gambling ads must:
clearly appear as advertising
stand out from editorial content
include the minimum age limit of 18 years
include contact information for an organization supporting gambling addiction
Gambling ads must not:
target people under 18 years of age
give the impression it is easier to win than it actually is
portray gambling as a social activity
use celebrities to imply gambling contributed to their success
show previous winners without documented proof
suggest gambling can solve financial or social problems
imply participation is free or risk-free
encourage excessive gambling
contain discriminatory claims

Marketing of alcoholic beverages must comply with national regulations.
Alcohol ads must not:
be intrusive or encourage alcohol consumption
target people under 25 years of age
appear next to content about sports, work, pregnancy or traffic
Images may only include:
the product itself
ingredients or artifacts used in the production process
one single product packaging
the brand name or logo
Additional requirements:
The ad must state the name of the supplier and the alcohol percentage (< 15%).
The ad must include warning text according to Alkoholforordningens §13-14.
Not allowed in Norway and Sweden.
